We had a split meeting again last week. The Squirrels had great fun exploring all sorts of different resources to add to their sensory bottles. There were feathers, sequins, pom poms, glitter... so much!

While all this was going on, the Beavers were creating an invention. They were given a variety of resources to try and create a self-propelled car.

Using a range of items, the Beavers created their car's body, axles, wheels then added the balloon 'engine'. They also did an exercise in problem solving to try and work out why their car might not work on their first attempt.

If all this excitement wasn't enough, we also invested our newest Beaver, Robin! Welcome to 4th's Colony!
